Free buffet with a distinctive Mediterranean flavour, including a wide selection of traditional Castilian dishes: cold and hot starters, salads, meat or fish main courses with assorted side dishes, homemade desserts and fresh fruit. The main feature of this buffet is that, thanks to a cookery workshop headed by restaurateur Manuel Alonso Mejido, owner of the De Torres restaurant in the small town of Felechosa, Asturias-, the kitchen serves a selection of distinctly typical Asturias dishes such as fabada -rich white bean and pork stew-, creamy rice with black pudding, spicy minced game meat, wild boar hamburger steak, pork jowls cooked in red wine or venison meatballs. It is worth mentioning that, to ensure the highest quality of these dishes, all the ingredients used in their preparation are shipped directly from Asturias.
