“La Minería” Self-Catering Apartments are located on Avenida de Las Gaviotas in Roquetas de Mar, 50 meters from one of the most fabulous and best-organised beaches in Costa de Almería, and boast splendid views of the seaside promenade. These apartments are exceptionally situated to let you make the most of a relaxing break in one of the best-known tourist destinations in Andalusia.

This blue ten-storey building has 126 fully-furnished apartments sleeping up to three adults, or two adults and two children.

Each apartment has all the following mod cons:

• Kitchen: Fully-fitted with everything you might need for your holiday: table and four chairs, wall cabinets, induction cooker, range hood, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and all the necessary crockery, glassware and utensils.
• Living room: A cosy room adjoining the kitchen and including a double sofa bed, a sideboard, a coffee table and a TV with remote control.
• Bedroom: Time for a rest. The bedroom includes two 1.05m twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. All rooms have a telephone, air conditioning and Internet connection.
• Bathroom: Bright and spacious, it includes a bathtub, washbasin and toilet bowl.
• Balcony: Though the view varies from apartment to apartment, all of them have a small outdoor balcony with a table and a couple of chairs. A perfect place to read the papers in the morning or, alternatively, to have a game of cards or a friendly chat in the evening, the balcony is always an asset.
