ACCESS CODE MAIN ENTRY:
We provide them at check-in with an access code for the automatic door of the main entrance since outside reception hours it will remain closed.

INTERNAL REGIME RULES:
Review the document of the Internal Regime Regulation that we have made available to you where all the rules that govern the establishment are listed and that are mandatory, where all the hygienic-sanitary measures are also established.

RECEPTION:
We have a 24-hour reception (in person or located depending on the time of year).

RESTAURANT SERVICE:
We offer the buffet service (pre-booking preferred) in the restaurant located on the first floor during the high season, from July 1 to August 31.
Times are:
– Buffet Breakfast: 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
– Buffet Lunch: 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
We have take away food service to take away.

COFFEE SHOP:
The cafeteria located on the ground floor has the following hours depending on the time of year:
– From July 1 to August 31: 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
– The months of September and October: 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.

HEATED SWIMMING POOL AND GYM:
The heated pool located in the main hall above the reception, has the following hours depending on the time of year:
– Summer hours from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
– Winter hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The gym located in the same area as the heated pool, has ellipticals and exercise bikes and opens at the same time as the heated pool.

OUTDOOR POOL-SUMMER:
Located on the ground floor in front of the cafeteria, it opens from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the summer season from 06/15 to 09/30 and can be extended depending on the weather and occupation.

Service hours may be changed by the establishment for service needs or exceptional reasons.

Additional services

ELECTRICAL SUPPLY:
• The electrical system of your apartment is activated by inserting the access card to it, in the device located next to the entrance door.
• The refrigerator and the washing machine are permanently connected to the electrical supply.
• For your safety and that of other clients, please do not leave the card in the device when you are away from the apartment.

APARTMENT PHONE:
• To communicate abroad, dial 0 followed by the telephone number you wish to contact. Calls must be paid at the reception.
• To communicate with another apartment, dial the apartment number you wish to contact directly.

INVENTORY:
The apartment must have the items detailed in the annex that we will provide to your signature.

HOUSEKEEPING:
You have at your disposal the cleaning service of the apartments in which every 3 days the change of towels is carried out, as well as a review of the floor and bathroom and every 6 days the change of towels and bedding is carried out in addition to the review floor and bathroom. Do not wash kitchenware, dishes, etc. Nor do you have kitchens, tiles, or appliances.

INTERNET CONNECTION:
Our apartments have cable or Wi-Fi Internet connection, the key of which is made available to you at the entrance door to the apartment.

TELEVISION:
For your entertainment, the apartments have a flat screen TV with a selection of television channels.

KEYS AND CONTROLS OF THE APARTMENT:
At check-in, you will be given the opening card for the apartment door, as well as the TV and air conditioning controls (hot and cold).

SECURITY BOXES:
The apartments have a safety box which we make available for rent. A deposit of 10 euros must be delivered and then we have rates for days or weeks, check price at reception.

LOAN SERVICES:
We have a travel cot for those clients who may need it.

FURNITURE SERVICE:
We have a furniture storage service for which 5 euros are charged per package and month.

ANIMATION SERVICE:
– Family and Children: during the summer season we develop a series of animation activities in the pool for the whole family (aquagym, water games …). Check programming at Reception.
– In the cafeteria of the establishment you can enjoy live music on Tuesdays, from 9:00 p.m. to 00:00 a.m.

The management reserves the right to be able to modify the schedule of activities.
